Job Summary
Leading the strategy and performance of a portfolio of digital products, the full-time Digital Product Strategy Director will guide Digital Product Owners, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business results in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and overall performance
- Develop and direct Digital Product Owners to translate business strategies into effective product and experience directions
- Lead, coach, and develop Digital Product Owners, building leadership depth and ensuring accountability across the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, product management, or related fields
- 7+ years of leadership experience in developing leaders and managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results from a portfolio of digital products
- Experience establishing product-centered operating models and effective cross-functional product teams
