Job Summary
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital products, the full-time remote Digital Production Specialist will manage the timely updates of Teacher Toolbox and Bookshelf products, oversee ePub3 file creation, and implement necessary corrections to ensure high-quality digital experiences for educators and students.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and update digital products to support educators and augment printed materials
- Upload and maintain digital files and metadata in internal Content Management Systems
- Coordinate with various stakeholders during the production and Quality Assurance phases to ensure project goals are met
Required qualifications:
- Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Magnolia and WoodWing
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and familiarity with web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, and ePub3
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams
- Proven track record of delivering final products according to prioritized schedules
