Job Summary
Seeking a remote Digital Program Manager, the role focuses on owning the execution and operational performance of the myTuesday digital access platform, ensuring effective program operations and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution and operational performance of the myTuesday program, overseeing device deployment, inventory, and vendor workflows
- Serve as the primary liaison for vendor relationships, establishing expectations and monitoring performance to meet program needs
- Translate program goals into actionable operational plans and processes, using data to identify trends and drive program improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or healthcare operations
- Proven ability to manage programs and drive work from planning through execution
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or technology-enabled services is preferred
