Digital Project Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of digital solutions, the full-time remote Digital Project Consultant will lead projects involving Paradox Career Sites, ensuring integration with Workday Recruiting and optimizing recruitment processes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites, including the deployment of the AI Assistant, Olivia
• Manage integration points between Paradox and Workday Recruiting to ensure real-time data synchronization
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate integrations and functionalities across devices and browsers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting focused on complex web applications
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from strategy to quality control
• Experience with website content strategy and SEO for optimizing candidate lead generation
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working within development environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
