Job Summary
As a full-time remote Digital Project Consultant, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of Workday's product solutions, manage integration points, and partner with clients to document business requirements while ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites, including the deployment of Olivia (AI Assistant)
- Manage integration points between Paradox and Workday Recruiting for real-time data synchronization
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure functionality across devices and browsers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from strategy to launch
- Experience with website content strategy and SEO for candidate lead generation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of development environments
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
