Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead the end-to-end implementation of project management and customer relationship management systems, the full-time Digital Project Manager will manage all phases of the implementation process, including analysis, planning, execution, and training, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and assess needs
• Develop a project plan with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables while overseeing team members
• Implement automations and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Experience using and implementing project management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and documentation techniques
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
