Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead the end-to-end implementation of project management and customer relationship management systems, the full-time remote Digital Project Manager will manage all phases of the implementation process, ensuring high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and analyze existing workflows for improvement
• Develop project plans with clear timelines and oversee team members to ensure successful execution
• Provide training and support to stakeholders while monitoring project progress and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a technology-driven environment and in project management
• Experience using and implementing project management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and documentation techniques
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
