Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple digital programs simultaneously, the full-time remote Digital Project Manager will collaborate with client services and channel teams to ensure exceptional delivery of client needs while maintaining operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for program operations, facilitating internal and client-facing meetings
• Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring adherence to project management processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines and project trackers, while identifying and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing mid-to-large scale digital programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire, with training fees covered by the company
• Strong skills in Asana or similar task management software, including workflow creation and team training
• Experience in documenting and tracking multiple simultaneous tasks and essential project documentation
