Digital Retail Merchandiser
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic merchandising team, the part-time Digital Retail Merchandiser will optimize eCommerce content, conduct digital store audits, and drive actionable insights to enhance online shopping experiences while collaborating remotely in the Greater Boston area.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize AMS product detail pages (PDPs) with engaging content and images while auditing digital shelf quality
- Conduct impactful audits on merchandising activities using digital resources, tracking performance to identify growth opportunities
- Exemplify proactive behavior and deepen knowledge of retailer priorities to enhance retail execution and champion new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 1 year of experience in Digital Merchandising within eCommerce
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Sales, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or children's categories
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
