Job Summary
Proactively identifying and managing digital and cybersecurity risks, the full-time salaried Digital Risk and Resilience Director will work primarily remotely while advising senior leadership and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience against technology disruptions.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive view of significant digital and cybersecurity risks affecting the organization
- Coordinates with disaster recovery teams to identify and mitigate technology continuity and resiliency risks
- Provides executive-level reporting on significant risks and drives accountability for risk-reduction initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or technology risk
- Prior senior leadership experience in cybersecurity or technology risk within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated expertise across major healthcare cybersecurity domains
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, regulatory requirements, and operational continuity
