Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely from approved states, the full-time Digital Sales and Service Representative will engage with customers through chat and email, provide consultation on contact lens purchases, and maintain high performance metrics in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, aiming for approximately 40 chats per shift
• Consult customers on contact lens purchases and respond to emails or messages as needed
• Request prescriptions from eye care providers and ensure a positive customer experience through effective problem resolution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in chat sales and contact center environments is a plus
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
