Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Digital Sales and Service Representative will interact with customers through chat and email, providing sales consultations and exceptional service while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, aiming for high performance metrics in sales and service
• Consult customers on contact lens purchases and respond to incoming emails or messages as needed
• Proactively engage with team members and management to foster a successful virtual work environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in chat sales or contact center roles
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
• A private, dedicated workspace free from interruptions
