Digital Scrum Master
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Digital Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery practices for digital teams in the healthcare sector, focusing on customer-facing products and platforms while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile values and practices
- Support planning and execution of digital product roadmaps and manage sprint commitments
- Communicate delivery progress and risks to stakeholders while promoting collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead
- 3+ years supporting Digital, Web, Mobile, or Healthcare Technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and SDLC practices
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
