Job Summary

Acting as a trusted advisor, the full-time remote Digital Solution Engineer for Nonprofits will collaborate with customers to develop innovative solutions for complex digital marketing challenges, showcasing the power of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud through demonstrations and strategic presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solutions and roadmaps by working closely with business stakeholders to address technical challenges in digital marketing
• Showcase connected experiences through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping, including executive-level presentations
• Deliver engaging presentations that connect complex technology to diverse audiences, utilizing persuasive storytelling techniques

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering with a focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions
• Proven track record of driving growth through Martech solution selling, particularly in personalization and loyalty
• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions and ability to design high-level architecture
• Background in nonprofit management and operational roles, with knowledge of industry trends
• A Computer Science Degree
