Digital Solutions Director
Job Summary
Leading the orchestration and oversight of digital solutions for main client accounts, the remote Digital Solutions Director will ensure cohesive, scalable, and compliant digital initiatives are successfully implemented across channels and capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead digital solution work across channels, ensuring teams and dependencies remain connected
- Translate strategy and business needs into an integrated solution approach, identifying required workstreams and execution needs
- Manage cross-channel dependencies, technical risks, and competing priorities to ensure cohesive solutions across the client ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital solutions, MarTech, or related roles, with a focus on leading complex digital projects
- Experience with SDLC and digital delivery lifecycle, guiding work from solution definition through deployment and launch
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate work across multiple digital channels and competing priorities
- Knowledge of digital ecosystems, integrations, and deployment considerations, including familiarity with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation technologies
- Experience guiding and mentoring digital delivery or solution specialists
