Job Summary
As a trusted advisor to the Vice President, Digital, the full-time remote Digital Strategy Principal will shape strategic priorities and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives through structured problem solving and strong stakeholder partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to prioritize, plan, and execute critical business and transformation initiatives
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives requiring collaboration across business functions and technology teams
- Develop executive-level analyses and communications to inform strategy and support governance structures for strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with measurable impact
- Proven ability to influence decisions in a matrixed environment without direct authority
- Experience creating executive-ready presentations and strategic roadmaps
