Digital Student Experience Leader

Job Summary

Driving improvements in the student experience, the full-time Assistant Vice President, Digital Student Experience will manage platforms, processes, and services to enhance learner engagement, satisfaction, and behavior while serving as a liaison between the Learner Experience and Success team and the IT department, with a hybrid work schedule available for local candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for student needs across digital touchpoints and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the online learning ecosystem
• Implement agile methodologies and foster a culture of experimentation to adapt to evolving student needs
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to guide strategic decision-making and develop evidence-based initiatives for improved learner outcomes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
• At least ten years of relevant experience, including three years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record in the digital student experience or a related area
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
