Digital Success Engineer
Job Summary
Building automation and integrations for digital customer success, the full-time remote Digital Success Engineer will develop tools and workflows that enhance customer engagement and drive adoption, collaborating closely with the Digital Success Strategy Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation, tooling, and integrations for digital customer success, including workflows and in-app guidance
- Translate strategy and requirements into working technology by scoping, building, testing, and deploying components
- Monitor and improve digital-success tooling in production, ensuring reliability and addressing issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical build role, such as software or automation engineering
- Hands-on ability to build and maintain automation and integrations, with comfort in APIs and data connectors
- Experience in turning defined requirements into tested technology
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and version control practices
