Digital Transformation Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing digital transformation initiative, the full-time remote Digital Transformation Process Architect will design and optimize operational workflows, translating complex business requirements into efficient, technology-enabled process designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Map complex operational processes and design standardized "to-be" workflows leveraging modern digital platforms
- Partner with Digital Deployment Engineers to ensure technology configurations align with designed operational workflows
- Facilitate process design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Integration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or systems implementation
- Proven experience in modeling complex workflows and translating business needs into structured process architectures
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and visualization tools like Lucidchart or MS Visio
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
