Direct Investments Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of direct media placements across offline and digital channels, the full-time Direct Investments Specialist will collaborate with the buying team to ensure smooth campaign execution, accurate reporting, and vendor coordination in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of media placements across various channels, including TV, Radio, Print, OOH, CTV, and Streaming Audio
• Coordinate with internal teams and media representatives to facilitate campaign success and maintain accurate reporting
• Develop an understanding of direct media buy strategies while managing campaign details and timelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Media Buying experience, with relevant internships considered
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
• Familiarity with buying platforms and tools such as SQAD, Freewheel/Strata, MediaOcean, Nielsen, and Comscore
• Ability to establish good working relationships with media representatives and internal teams
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment
