Direct Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support the sales of playground and outdoor fitness equipment in Western Arizona, the full-time Direct Sales Representative will promote KOMPAN projects, build relationships with industry targets, and leverage CRM tools to create demand and manage sales processes from a remote office.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to various industry targets, becoming an expert in design and functionality
• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales while ensuring quality communication throughout the sales process
• Create product awareness through presentations and industry events, preparing sales quotations and basic designs with central team support

Required qualifications

• College degree
• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
