Job Summary
To drive sales in the Northern Arizona region, the full-time Direct Sales Representative will promote and sell playground and outdoor fitness equipment from a fully remote home office, focusing on building relationships and creating demand for projects valued between $10K and $1M+.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to targeted industries, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline through activity-based sales and effective networking
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs while ensuring quality communication throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
- College degree
- Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
