Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time temporary Direct to Consumer Specialist will assist retail partners and consumers with inquiries and order management while working remotely after one week of onsite training in Red Wing, MN.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to exceed consumer expectations
- Efficiently manage and process customer orders while resolving complaints and issues
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the level 2 support team
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in customer service is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Strong data entry skills; 10-key proficiency is a plus
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs
