Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time temporary Direct to Consumer Specialist will assist retail partners and consumers with inquiries and order processing, working remotely after two weeks of onsite training in Red Wing, MN.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the consumer experience
• Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints while documenting interactions
• Process customer orders accurately to streamline the purchasing experience

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in customer service is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce
• Strong data entry skills, with 10-key proficiency as a plus
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs while following established procedures
