Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time temporary Direct to Consumer Specialist will assist retail partners and consumers with inquiries, manage customer orders, and resolve issues while working remotely after two weeks of onsite training in Red Wing, MN.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to exceed consumer expectations
• Efficiently manage and process customer orders to enhance the purchasing experience
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the level 2 support team

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a mix of education and experience
• Prior experience in customer service is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce
• Accurate and fast data entry skills, with 10-key proficiency as a plus
• Basic problem-solving skills to address routine customer issues
