Director, AI Orchestration Architect

Job Summary

Leading the development of a scalable orchestration architecture, the full-time Director, AI Orchestration Architect will own the end-to-end orchestration capability for personalized healthcare professional engagement, ensuring compliance and operational independence while working onsite in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture of the agentic orchestration capability, including journey generation and execution
• Define how orchestration integrates customer signals, brand priorities, and engagement history
• Establish technical standards and evaluation frameworks for continuous improvement of the orchestration capability

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing production-grade omnichannel orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of multi-agent architecture and orchestration patterns
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain
• Experience in defining and managing customer and journey state across multiple agents and interactions
• Knowledge of decisioning methods, including reinforcement learning and contextual bandits
