Director of Accounting Services

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a dynamic entertainment environment, the full-time salaried Director of Accounting Services will ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards while leading the Contracts and Entertainment Accounting team from the home office in Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Directs departmental procedures and ensures adherence to company policies and regulations
• Acts as a technical resource and thought leader in accounting practices related to contracts and entertainment
• Manages service level expectations, performance metrics, and develops personnel to maintain a high-performing team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a closely related field
• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in finance
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis within high-caliber environments such as private equity or investment banking
• Prior experience in a corporate setting with a strong understanding of accounting operations
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on broader business objectives
