Director of Accounts Payable Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Accounts Payable function, the full-time remote Director of Procure to Pay Operations will manage the end-to-end AP lifecycle, oversee a team of AP Managers, and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop AP Managers while fostering a culture of accountability and customer service
• Oversee the full invoice lifecycle and manage scheduled payment runs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AP processes and implement strategic improvements

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 5 - 7 years in a management role
• Deep knowledge of payment methods, including ACH/NACHA, and experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong understanding of internal controls and fraud prevention measures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
