Director of Acquisitions

Job Summary

To support a growing private equity real estate platform, the full-time remote Director of Acquisitions will manage the entire lifecycle of multifamily transactions, from sourcing and negotiating deals to closing and overseeing handoffs to asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Quarterback every multifamily transaction from first broker call through LOI, purchase contract, due diligence, and closing
• Source opportunities rigorously through broker relationships and direct outreach, while underwriting and pressure-testing deals
• Architect and maintain a repeatable deal system, developing junior professionals into capable operators of full transactions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in multifamily private equity real estate across acquisitions, transactions, or investment operations
• Proven track record of personally quarterbacking 20+ multifamily closings, including successfully managing challenging deals
• Strong underwriting capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency and debt market fluency
• Established relationships with investment sales and debt brokers, along with a deep command of LOIs and purchase agreements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field preferred
