Job Summary

Leading the Advanced Analytics function, the full-time salaried Director of Advanced Analytics will drive insights into business performance, partner with cross-functional teams, and oversee a hands-on team to tackle complex analytical challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Advanced Analytics, aligning with business priorities and establishing clear ownership of analytical initiatives
• Measure the impact of product and operational decisions through experimentation and causal inference, translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Develop and mentor the analytics team, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor and performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong background in product and growth experimentation, causal inference, and customer retention analysis
• Proven ability to partner with Product teams to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes
• Experience in developing talent and providing technical guidance within an analytics team
• High autonomy and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment
