Director of AEO and SEO
Job Summary
Leading the AEO & SEO department, the full-time remote Director of AEO and SEO will manage team growth, oversee departmental P&L, and engage with clients to drive organic growth strategies focused on revenue and pipeline enhancement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and fostering AEO fluency and analytical depth
- Own the department's P&L and KPIs, contributing to budget development and making strategic staffing decisions
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO and organic growth, with recent hands-on AEO work
- Proven track record of leading multi-level teams and managing P&L responsibilities
- Commercially-minded with the ability to connect organic strategies to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong industry presence and network, capable of generating leads and building relationships
- Experience in agency and/or in-house B2B environments, comfortable presenting to senior executives
