Job Summary
To shape and advance communications regarding artificial intelligence, the full-time salaried Director of AI Communications will develop and activate an enterprise narrative that reflects BMS's AI strategy and innovations while collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and activate BMS's enterprise AI narrative, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with BI&T and other teams to translate AI strategies into compelling communications
- Identify and cultivate stories showcasing BMS's innovative use of AI across various communications channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or a related discipline, with significant experience in a complex organization
- Strong understanding of AI and technology, with the ability to create clear narratives from technical concepts
- Experience in developing enterprise narratives and translating strategies for diverse audiences
- 4+ years of senior leadership experience, including advisory roles at the executive level
