Director of AI Delivery
Job Summary
As a remote full-time opportunity, the Director of AI Delivery will manage the end-to-end delivery of onboarding and enrollment AI products, oversee global operations, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring alignment with product strategy and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global team through hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Own the delivery of onboarding and enrollment AI products, ensuring business outcomes and compliance
- Provide operational leadership for production systems, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technology delivery, including 4+ years leading technical teams
- Experience managing vendors and contractors in a regulated enterprise environment
- Technical fluency across cloud platforms and modern AI application patterns, with hands-on experience in Azure and Databricks
- Preferred experience in insurance, group benefits, or policy administration
