Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI transformation, the remote Director of AI Enablement will build and manage a team focused on embedding AI across business workflows, data initiatives, and software development, while ensuring best practices, governance, and ROI are achieved throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the AI Enablement team across business workflow, data, and developer enablement
• Own the company's AI adoption strategy and establish governance for AI tools across all business areas
• Manage the budget and cost model for AI tools and enablement programs, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact

Required Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with a background in software engineering
• Expertise in enterprise GenAI tools and a strong track record of technology adoption
• Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on enablement or platform strategy
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and promote new tools and processes
• Prior experience in AI transformation initiatives is highly preferred
