Job Summary
Leading a dynamic AI Engineering team, the remote Director of AI Engineering will build and prototype AI agents and workflow automations for go-to-market teams, while also setting strategic direction and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prototype, ship, and iterate on AI agents and workflow automations for GTM teams
- Design evaluation frameworks for agent and LLM behavior to ensure quality and reliability
- Set the technical and product strategy for GTM AI, influencing senior leaders on priorities and investments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with significant leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM applications and agent workflows to production
- Production full-stack and cloud engineering experience, including Python or TypeScript and AWS
- Demonstrated experience designing and running evaluation frameworks for LLM or agent systems
