Director of AI Governance

Job Summary

Leading enterprise AI platforms and governance, the full-time salaried Director of AI Governance will manage AI strategy, oversee platform operations, and drive digital adoption while collaborating with various departments to enhance employee capabilities and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business needs and technology strategy
• Administer approved AI platforms, managing licensing, configurations, and integrations while tracking costs and vendor performance
• Build and deliver employee training programs on existing applications and AI literacy, fostering a culture of responsible technology use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Seven or more years of experience in enterprise technology, platform operations, or digital adoption
• Experience implementing or administering enterprise AI or comparable technology platforms
• Working knowledge of generative AI, data protection, and responsible-use controls
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging technology training programs for diverse audiences
