Director of AI Manufacturing
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Director of AI Manufacturing Enablement will identify, prioritize, and deploy AI and automation solutions across the Manufacturing Engineering & Operations organization to enhance productivity, quality, and workflow automation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct systematic workflow audits to identify high-value AI/automation opportunities across MEO functions
- Develop and maintain an AI opportunity roadmap prioritized by impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Build and ship AI-powered tools for MEO workflows, ensuring measurable success metrics for each deployment
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations and applied AI/ML/automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments and leading complex operations through technological changes
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and where AI can add genuine value
- Experience building and leading technical teams that ship products/tools iteratively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
