Director of AI Partnerships

Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships in a remote, full-time capacity, the Director of AI Partnerships will own and expand relationships with AI partners, manage the commercial lifecycle of deals, and collaborate across teams to enhance BILL's integration ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and structure new partnership opportunities, preparing financial analyses and negotiation strategies
• Drive deals from discovery to launch, managing term negotiations and go-to-market planning
• Own and grow strategic partnerships with frontier AI companies, managing relationships from contracting to monetization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or strategic partnerships at a SaaS or fintech company
• Experience with AI ecosystems and API-based integrations, including knowledge of connector frameworks
• Strong financial acumen, capable of modeling deal economics and assessing trade-offs
• Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and finance
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence for representing partnership strategies to C-suite leaders
