Job Summary
Leading the AI Platforms team remotely, the full-time salaried Director of AI Platforms will set strategic direction, build shared AI infrastructure, and drive adoption of AI-powered features within products while collaborating closely with various teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the roadmap for the AI Platforms team, balancing internal needs with future product directions
- Build and evolve the shared AI platform, including model access, agent runtime, and integrations
- Partner with core teams to enhance the Agentic product development lifecycle and ensure effective AI adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams focused on platforms or infrastructure
- Experience with production AI systems, including large language model integrations
- Familiarity with AI inference in production environments
- Strong technical judgment and ability to review architecture and guide implementation
