Job Summary
Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Director of AI Product will define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for DEUNA's AI agent and digital workforce platform, ensuring business success and innovation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year product vision for the agentic AI ecosystem
- Drive the evolution of the AI agent orchestration platform and ensure it supports critical workflows
- Own the business performance of the agentic product area, defining success metrics and product KPIs
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers
- Strong background in AI/ML products and automation platforms
- Solid understanding of agentic AI ecosystems and API-driven platforms
- Advanced or native-level English proficiency
