Director of AI Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of AI products, the full-time remote Director of AI Product Management will set the vision and strategy for Commercial Value & Access, manage product talent, and drive cross-product prioritization while ensuring scalable and responsible AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a group of AI products while directly managing one product
• Lead and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of customer focus and accountability
• Make prioritization and investment trade-offs across products, focusing on high-value opportunities

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Information/Technology/Digital Product Management experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years with AI/ML or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in the biotechnology or healthcare sectors
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex strategies clearly
