Job Summary
Leading the development of AI-driven solutions, the full-time remote Director of AI Solutions Strategy & Planning will manage go-to-market strategies, cross-functional alignment, and pilot programs to enhance retailer workflows and consumer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AI-driven solutions, including positioning, pricing frameworks, and onboarding playbooks
- Establish cross-functional alignment across various teams, ensuring smooth governance and transparent decision-making processes
- Launch pilot programs and experimentation frameworks to validate AI-powered products and iterate based on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, product commercialization, or go-to-market planning
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products or enterprise technology platforms
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Expertise in product positioning, pricing frameworks, and solution packaging
- Strong analytical capabilities, including modeling and forecasting experience
