Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary

To shape and advance strategic AI initiatives across the organization, the full-time Director of AI Strategy will prioritize opportunities, mobilize cross-functional teams, and align senior stakeholders while working remotely within the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a portfolio of strategic AI transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities
• Mobilize cross-functional teams around high-priority transformation opportunities and provide direct leadership to select initiatives
• Build alignment among senior leaders and maintain visibility into portfolio progress, emerging risks, and decisions requiring executive attention

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of complex initiatives and aligning stakeholders around shared priorities
• Experience leading across complex, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, investment decisions, and coordinated execution
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, and organizational readiness
• Portfolio mindset, including experience with prioritization and cross-functional delivery
