Director of AI Transformation
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise AI strategy, the full-time remote Director of AI Transformation will define the AI platform roadmap, prioritize AI opportunities across various functions, and manage initiatives from discovery to production launch while fostering AI literacy and adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and align the AI platform and transformation roadmap with business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Lead initiatives from discovery through production launch, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption
- Architect and scale AI applications and platforms, establishing standards for reliability, security, and performance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling AI software products for large audiences
- 4+ years of experience with AI and generative AI systems, including model development and deployment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI applications and platforms using LLMs and workflow orchestration
- 7+ years of professional experience with Python and strong experience with PySpark and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
