Director of AI Transformation

Job Summary

Driving the integration of AI across all departments, the full-time remote Director of AI Transformation will partner with executive leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies, design and implement AI solutions, and establish governance policies to ensure effective adoption and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Map current workflows and identify pain points in collaboration with department heads to prioritize AI and automation opportunities
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automations while managing technical architecture and ensuring data security
• Lead change management efforts, including training and documentation, to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions across the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, or product, with at least 2 years of hands-on AI or digital transformation leadership
• Proficiency with current AI tools, automation platforms, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience in AI governance and data security, including the development of policies that ensure compliance
• Demonstrated ability to redesign processes and drive adoption in non-technical teams
• Strong business judgment with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
