Director of Airside Products
Job Summary
Leading the growth and technical direction of the airside HVAC product portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Airside Products will manage product strategies, build industry relationships, and provide technical expertise to drive market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth and development of the air products portfolio and market presence
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with revenue, margin, and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, consulting engineers, contractors, and strategic customers
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial HVAC, airside products, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with multiple airside HVAC product categories, including ventilation and VAVs
- Proven ability to develop relationships with customers, contractors, and manufacturers
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC applications and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and project documentation
