Director of Analytics
Job Summary
Leading the analytics and reporting practice areas, the full-time Director of Analytics will provide strategic recommendations and manage capacity while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze objectives and identify emerging needs for information to support new functions and automation
- Coordinate reporting and analytics design for large-scale projects while promoting standardization within the enterprise
- Develop a leadership team to foster an empowered culture and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent education and experience
- 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, including 2 years in a leadership or solution architecture role
- 8 years of experience implementing managed services solutions platforms like Genesys, Workday, and ServiceNow
- 7 years of experience designing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using IT managed services tools
- 5 years of experience working with stakeholders to align data strategy with business objectives
