Job Summary
Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time remote Director of Analytics will execute the analytics strategy by developing scalable capabilities, delivering measurable business outcomes, and overseeing solution design, complex analysis, and executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the analytics portfolio and establish processes to convert business needs into reporting and analytical solutions
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve data trust, speed, and quality of insights while supporting business decision-making
- Manage team performance, coaching, and resource management to ensure disciplined delivery of analytics projects
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
