Job Summary
To lead the enterprise data and analytics function, the full-time remote Director of Analytics will define and execute data strategies, manage a team of analytics professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data products and insights that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, and investment priorities aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the data and analytics team, establishing accountability and managing performance to meet business needs
- Own the delivery and improvement of enterprise data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions for informed business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence within a complex enterprise environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or analytical teams
- Experience in developing and executing data and analytics strategies and demand prioritization processes
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data architecture, and healthcare data regulations
