Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Director of Analytics and Data will define and execute the data and analytics strategy, manage a team of analytics professionals, and deliver enterprise data products to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the data and analytics strategy, operating model, and investment priorities aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the analytics team, ensuring accountability and building necessary capabilities for future business needs
- Own the delivery and enhancement of enterprise data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions to facilitate reliable business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence within a complex enterprise environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or analytical teams
- Experience in developing data and analytics strategies and delivering enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions
- Knowledge of healthcare data, HIPAA regulations, and data governance practices
